The Vulture coloured 1/2 ounce Silver 2018 is the 3rd coin in the "Birds of Israel" series. "The Vulture Vulture is a large bird of prey that nests in mountainous areas on cliff shelves. Gamla, on a steep slope in northern Israel, was the site of an ancient Jewish city and today is a nature reserve that has the largest vulture colony in Israel.

The coin is minted in Ag.999 fine silver, weighing 1/2 troy ounce and 50mm in diameter. The coin comes with individual packaging. The mintage of the product is 3,600 pieces. In addition, this unusual piece was produced by The Holy Land Mint. The coin is guaranteed by the Government of Israel as to its legality, the purity of the bullion and the origin of the metal.

The obverse shows a colourful vulture flying over a rocky cliff and the inscription "BIRDS OF ISRAEL". The obverse features information about the year, purity and weight of the bullion written in Hebrew, English and the logo of 'The Holy Land Mint'.

Rewers depict a compass and map of Israel in the centre as seen from a satellite and birds.
