This had been very bad. I have had to wait a week for it to even get processed. I paid over a week ago. I have spoke to metal market everyday, and they say next fmday it will be send. I now have to pay customers for delays. It was inly until yestersay i finally had one staff sort it. You also need to look at how someone from uk can pay in GBP. You sort code and account number are wrong and cannot be used despite all your staff saying it can. I assure you it cannot. Uk has a maximum of 6 digits for sort code and 8 digits for accou t number. You have 12 nukbers for sort and 16 for account. I have to pay conversion twice every time. I really cant believe a company like thisnis run so bad. . .i have lost money buying from you and messed about waiting for over a week before my money even showed in account but you recieved it 7 days earlier
