The obverse of the silver coin depicts the image of Queen Elizabeth II, the inscription "ELIZABETH II", "TOKELAU 2022" and information on the face value of the coin. The designer of the obverse was Ian Rank-Broadley.
The reverse of the coin features a female figure, the inscription "HIBERNIA" and information on the weight and purity of the bullion.
