The 2023 Swan 1 oz Silver coin is the seventh instalment of the Australian Swan series. The entire collection focuses on depicting the symbol of purity, beauty, light and grace that is the titular bird. The 2023 reverse design shows a swan, which symbolise love, union and the making of a couple for life. With annual changes, the entire series as well as the individual pieces of the silver collection can be the perfect addition to any portfolio, whether investment or collector. The limited edition 2023 coin is a minted piece of pure Ag.9999 silver, weighing one troy ounce and measuring 40.90 mm in diameter. The uniqueness of the product is emphasised by the limited mintage in which it was struck - 2,500 pieces. The Perth Mint, a renowned Australian mint, is responsible for its production and, as with the other silver coins in the series, this one too is guaranteed by the Australian government and is legal tender in the issuer's country. The Overt of the silver coin features an image of Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain along with information on the year of issue, face value and the issuing country. The designer of the obverse was Jody Clark.
The reverse features an image of an adult swan sailing on a sheet of water. In addition, the reverse bears the inscription 'THE AUSTRALIAN SWAN' and information about the weight and the bullion proof of the coin. The designer of the reverse was Aleysha Howarth.Designer
