Witchcraft – Medium introduces the third heroine in Germania Mint’s series devoted to Germanic sorceresses. Within the collection’s story, she mediates between the living and the dead. The theme draws on ancient beliefs, rituals and the symbolism of passing and rebirth.
Silver and finish
The 2026 issue contains 1 oz of 999.9 fine silver (approximately 31.1035 g). Its denomination is 5 marks. The mintage is limited to 1 000 pieces. The Ritual edition combines gilding with Antique Finish, a UV effect (UV Effect) and numbering. It measures 40 mm in diameter and was designed by Mateusz Frąckowiak.
Collector packaging
An octagonal lens capsule protects the coin inside a paper Blisterpack. A Certificate of Authenticity and outer Beautybox cover are included.
Obverse and reverse
Obverse depicts the blindfolded Medium with a skull and a rune-decorated lantern. The infinity sign and bone crescents evoke life’s cycle and mystery, while badger remains at her belt symbolise wisdom, courage and perseverance.
Reverse combines Germania Mint’s double-headed eagle with a skull surrounded by bones and two dragons. Runes complete the composition with symbolism of protection, strength and spiritual guidance.
