The coinage includes coins that are the fourth from the increasingly popular World's Wildlife series. The World's Wildlife edition is a collection of coins that depict the true nature, of endearing wild animals from around the world. The set features four coins that are made from pure Au.9999 gold, weighing 1/10 oz, 1/4 oz, 1/2 oz and 1oz. German precious metals manufacturer Geiger Edelmetalle is responsible for producing the set. The product has a limited mintage of 300 pieces. In addition, each coin in the set is full legal tender in the issuer's country and is guaranteed by the government of the Republic of Congo. The coin set comes with original wooden packaging.

The obverse of the gold coins depicts the coat of arms of the Republic of Congo and information on the year of issue, face value, weight and purity of the bullion used. The Rewers of the coins show the figure of a bear with an open mouth, two bears standing on their hind legs, two bears playing eagerly and an image of an adult bear walking alone. Above the image of the mammals is the inscription 'THE BEAR', while the inscription 'WORLD'S WILDLIFE' is noticeable below.
