Rwanda: Lunar - Year of the Buffalo 1 oz Silver 2021

The Year of the Buffalo is a silver bullion coin, which is the fifth piece making up the Lunar series. Rwanda: Lunar is an African collection featuring lunar animals from the Chinese calendar. Of course, as with other lunar collections, the image of the animals changes annually.

The 2021 Silver Buffalo is a coin that is minted from pure fine silver, weighing one troy ounce. Importantly, the Buffalo coin, like the entire series, is guaranteed by the Rwandan government and is full legal tender in the country of the issuer. The coin is minted in an unlimited mintage.

Obverse the silver coin is decorated with Rwanda's coat of arms and information about the face value.

Reverse shows the figure of the titular buffalo and information about the weight of the coin, the sample of the bullion used and the year of minting.
