Rwanda: African Ounce - Leopard 2 oz Silver 2024 is a unique product from the exclusive African Ounce collection created in 2008. This silver bullion coin is the eighteenth instalment of the collection. It features the leopard, which belongs to the cat family and is ranked 4th among the world's largest cats. Higher ranked are the tiger, the lion and the jaguar.

The coin is minted in pure Ag.999 gold, weighing two troy ounces, 40 mm in diameter. The Bayerisches Hauptmünzamt is responsible for the issuance of the entire collection, while it is worth mentioning that the entire collection is guaranteed by the government of Rwanda and each coin is official tender in the issuing country.On the obverse is the emblem of Rwanda and the coin's face value.

The Rewers coin depicts a family of leopards. Moreover, a topographical outline of the African continent is depicted above the animals. The inscriptions "AFRICAN OUNCE" and information about the weight, bullion proof and year of issue complete the design.
