The third coin in the series featured Isaac Newton, the fourth Albert Einstein, the fifth the Wright Brothers and the sixth Marie Curie. The product depicts Thomas Edison, who was an American inventor and businessman. He developed many devices in areas such as electricity generation and mass communication. The silver coin was struck in pure Ag.999 bullion, weighing 1 troy ounce and measuring 39 mm in diameter. The mintage of the coin is limited to only 10,000 pieces. Moreover, each coin in the series acts as a fully fledged means of payment. The Averse depicts the image of the Goddess of Liberty, the Niue coat of arms, as well as information on the weight, purity of the bullion, year of issue and face value of the coin. The Rewers shows Thomas Edison among his inventions and the inscription "THOMAS A. EDISON". The reverse was designed by Joel Iskowitz.
