Niue: Czech Lion 1 oz Silver 2024
The silver bullion coin was struck from pure Ag.999 bullion, weighing 1 troy ounce and with a diameter of 37 mm. The product has a mintage of only 16,500 pieces. This unique piece has been minted in gold and silver since 2017 and was produced by the Czech Mint, as well as being official legal tender in Niue. The entire series comes with a guarantee as to the legality, purity of the bullion and the origin of the metal.
The obverse shows the likeness of King Charles III of Great Britain, designed by Jody Clark. The obverse also shows the year of issue and the face value of the coin. The reverse depicts the head of a lion with the crown of St Wenceslas and an image of an eagle. The reverse bears the inscription "CESKA REPUBLIKA" and information on the weight and purity of the metal. The designer of the reverse was Asamat Baltaev.
