The Overt shows a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. The whole is surrounded by the inscription "ELIZABETH II 1952 -2022 AUSTRALIA" and information on the date of issue, weight, mintage and face value of the coin. The designer of the obverse was Jody Clark.
Rewers depict a dragon and a koi fish. In addition, the reverse bears the letter 'P', indicating that the Perth Mint is the producer of the coin.
