Initially, the imported horses and ponies were performance animals. Over time, there were more and more escapes or mass releases of utility horses and ponies. This situation led to the creation of a new type of wild mount, the Brumby. The silver Brumby 2023 is a coin made of pure Ag.9999 bullion, weighing two troy ounces. The coin is minted to a high relief and proof standard. This coin is a premium product, characterised by the quality of its production and a limited mintage, which in this case is 1,000 pieces. The coin is the 4th coin in the Australian Brumby series. It is also a coin that has individual certified packaging and is full legal tender in the issuer's country and is guaranteed by the Australian Government.The obverse shows a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, designed by Jody Clark. The whole is surrounded by the inscription "ELIZABETH II", "AUSTRALIA" and information about the coin's face value.The Rewers depict two Brumby horses.
