The Averse depicts Germania Mint's distinctive coat of arms with a crown, divided into four parts, featuring a two-headed eagle, a grille, three flowers and a wild boar. The obverse also features the inscription "GERMANIA" and information on the year of mintage and face value.The Rewers of the silver coin depicts Germania and Britain. Germania is depicted as a woman with a laurel wreath and a shield with a two-headed eagle. Britain is wearing a helmet with a plume, trident and shield. The personification of Germania extends her hand towards the personification of Britain. The obverse bears the inscription 'ALLEGORIES' and information about the weight and purity of the bullion.
