Appearing on the British music scene, they played a rock style inspired by punk, reggae, and jazz. Their 1978 debut album, Outlandos d'Amour, reached No. 6 on the UK album chart thanks to the singles “Roxanne” and “Can't Stand Losing You.” The coin is made of Ag.999 silver, weighs 1 troy ounce, has a diameter of 38.61 mm, and is proof standard. The mintage is 6,000 pieces. The edge of the coin is engraved with the inscription “EVERY BREATH YOU TAKE.” In addition, this unique coin was produced by The Royal Mint. The product comes in its original packaging. The coin is guaranteed by the British government as to its legality, purity, and origin of the metal, and is legal tender in the country of issue. The obverse features the image of King Charles III of Great Britain wearing a crown, the inscription “CHARLES III∙D∙G∙REX∙F∙D” and the denomination and year, designed by Martin Jennings. The reverse of the coin is inspired by the cover of the album “Every Breath You Take” and depicts the members of “The Police” and the inscription “THE POLICE”.
