Tuvalu: The Simpson - Season's Greetings 1 oz Silver 2022
The silver coin is minted from pure Ag.9999 bullion, weighing one troy ounce and in a limited mintage of 15,000 pieces. Furthermore, Australia's oldest mint, The Perth Mint, is responsible for the issuance of this silver piece. It is also worth mentioning that the entire piece is minted on behalf of the State of Tuvalu, which means that each piece in the Simpsons series is guaranteed by the Tuvalu government and is legal tender in that country.
The obverse depicts Queen Elizabeth II - designed by Ian-Rank Broadley, along with information on the year of issue, bullion proof, weight, face value and country of issue.
The Rewers of the silver coin depicts images of the characters from The Simpsons, in a festive design. The reverse side features the inscription 'SEASON'S GREETINGS' and The Perth Mint's mint mark - 'P'.The reverse was designed by Matt Groening.
