Tuvalu: Baby Dragon coloured 1/2 oz Silver 2024 Proof
The silver coin was struck in bullion sample - Ag.9999, weighing 1/2 troy ounce, in proof standard. An important feature is the coin's limited mintage of just 7,150 pieces. Each coin comes with a numbered certificate of authenticity and original packaging.
The Averse of the silver coin is decorated with the likeness of Queen Elizabeth II. The whole is surrounded by the inscription "ELIZABETH II" , "TUVALU" and information on the face value, weight and mintage. The obverse was designed by Ian Rank-Broadley.
Rewers shows a coloured, small dragon. The reverse also features the Chinese character 'dragon', the inscription 'YEAR OF THE DRAGON' and the letter 'P' which is the mint mark of The Perth Mint. The reverse was designed by Natasha Muhl.
