The Princess Royal 75th Birthday £5 Silver 2025 Proof is a unique collector coin issued to commemorate the 75th birthday of Her Royal Highness Princess Anne. Since reaching adulthood, Princess Anne has remained an active and dedicated member of the British royal family, known for her commitment to charity, passion for sport, and many years of public service. This coin is the first official tribute to her by The Royal Mint.

The coin is struck in sterling silver (.925) and weighs 28.28 grams with a diameter of 38.61 mm. It features a proof finish and is limited to just 2,785 pieces. It is legal tender in the UK and comes in original Royal Mint packaging.

Obverse features the portrait of King Charles III by Martin Jennings. Surrounding inscriptions include: “CHARLES III”, “D.G.REX.F.D.”, the year of issue, and the face value.

Reverse displays the official coat of arms of Princess Anne and her portrait by John Swannell. The design is completed with inscriptions: “THE PRINCESS ROYAL”, “CELEBRATING 75 YEARS”, and “DUTY AND DEVOTION”. The reverse was created by Thomas T. Docherty and personally approved by Princess Anne.
