The coin was struck in pure Ag.999 bullion, weighing one troy ounce and measuring 39 mm in diameter. The silver coin was produced by the Scottsdale Mint, in a low mintage of only 25,000 pieces. The product is guaranteed and is legal tender in the territories of the eight countries of the Central Bank of the Eastern Caribbean. The Averse of the silver coin shows the likeness of Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions "QUEEN ELIZABETH II" and "EASTERN CARIBBEAN CENTRAL PARK". The obverse also shows the weight, purity of the bullion and face value of the coin. The designer of the obverse was Ian Rank-Broadley. The Rewers depicts a man and a woman against the nature of the island. The reverse also features the inscription 'ST. LUCIA" and the year of mintage.
