The Millennium of the Coronation of Bolesław the Brave 100 zł Silver 2025 Matte Proof is an exceptionally original and prestigious issue from the National Bank of Poland, impressive not only in form but also in its rich historical message.
One of the coin’s bases features the face value – 100 zł – and the inscription “THE MILLENNIUM OF THE CORONATION OF BOLESŁAW THE BRAVE”.
The coin is made from the highest quality silver – Ag.999 – and has an impressive weight of 311 grams. Its unusual shape – a cuboid measuring 29 × 29 × 35.5 mm – makes it a true rarity in Polish numismatics.
It is entirely minted in matte proof standard, with exceptional attention to detail. One of the vertical sides features a portrait of Bolesław the Brave along with the inscription “INCLYTE DUX TIBI LAUS, STRENUE BOLESLAË”, referencing the historical context of his legacy.
