The coin’s motif depicts the legendary duel between Loki and Heimdall—two opposing forces of the Norse world. Loki, the god of trickery and chaos, and Heimdall, the guardian of Asgard endowed with extraordinary senses, engage in a final battle that, according to mythology, ends in their mutual death. The scene symbolizes the inevitability of fate and the collapse of the existing order.
