"Canadian wolf- a subspecies of gray wolf, a predatory mammal of the canid family (Canidae), found in Canada in the Northwest Territories, Yukon, British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan, and Alaska. Probably the largest subspecies of grey wolf (weight up to 80 kg, record 105 kg), it has produced many size forms across western Canada and Alaska. They are subject to legal hunting in Alaska and parts of Canada."The Royal Canadian Mint was officially opened in 1908 by Governor General Earl Grey, minting the first fifty-cent coin produced on Canadian soil. Silver is mainly used as a precious metal. Sterling silver alloyed with copper is used for jewellery, crockery and cutlery. It is also used in the production of medals. High-end musical instruments, such as flutes, are made from this alloy. Silver is a very malleable and forgeable (slightly harder than gold) monovalent metal of group 11, with a lustrous shine that can be easily polished. The reverse of the coin features an image of a wolf, as well as the grade in which the coin was struck (Ag .9999) and the name of the country (Canada) in which it is produced. Since 2015, the mint has further secured the coins by adding a laser-engraved miniature leaf in the lower quarter of the coin, above the weight information, which is virtually impossible to counterfeit. The obverse side bears the likeness of Queen Elizabeth II, the denomination ($5).SINGLE PACKS ARE SHIPPED IN PLASTIC ROUND CAPS .Do you need help?
