Polish circulation banknotes - 10 PLN banknote Gold 2023 Proof
The coin has dimensions of 50 mm x 25 mm, a face value of 10 złoty and a limited mintage of up to 1,500 pieces. The Averse of the coin depicts a silver denarius with an image of a chapel dome or an image of a crown with a cross. On either side of the denarius are stylised Romanesque columns from the Benedictine Abbey in Tyniec. The inscriptions on the obverse are: "RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA", "DZIESIĘĆ ZŁOTYCH", "NBP" and information about the purity of the bullion and the date of issue.
The reverse of the coin is decorated with a portrait of Prince Mieszko I. On its left side there are two rosettes inspired by the pattern from the floor of the Gniezno Cathedral, on the right - a floral motif found on Romanesque liturgical vessels. On the reverse are the inscriptions: "10", "TEN ZLOTYS", NATIONAL BANK OF POLAND".
