Reverse presents the inscription "SOLIDARNOŚĆ" in a characteristic form referencing the famous logo of the trade union. It also includes the years "1980 1990", commemorating a decade of Solidarity's activity, from its founding to the historic transformations. The reverse design was created by B. Chmielewski.
