Peace Dollar 1 Ounce Copper
Peace Dollar 1 Ounce Copper is a copper round minted in honor of the historic Peace Dollar, which was in circulation between 1921–1928 and again in 1934–1935. The design pays tribute to one of the most iconic American coins of the 20th century, symbolizing hope and freedom after the end of World War I.
Each piece contains 1 ounce of pure .999 copper and measures 39 mm in diameter. It features a beautiful, classic design that, in its copper edition, gains a unique depth and warm luster.
Obverse depicts Lady Liberty wearing a radiant crown symbolizing freedom and hope. Her hair is gently tousled by the wind, while the background bears the inscription IN GOD WE TRUST and the year “1921,” referring to the first issue of the original coin.
Reverse features an eagle standing on a rock, holding an olive branch in its talons – a universal symbol of peace. Surrounding inscriptions include UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and E PLURIBUS UNUM, along with details of weight and metal purity. The radiating background symbolizes the dawn of a new era of peace.
This round is not legal tender and serves exclusively as a collectible item. It is packaged in a plastic sleeve or protective pouch to safeguard its surface, facilitate storage, and preserve its aesthetic appeal for years to come.
