The coin bearing the image of Pierre de Coubertin and Oleksiy Butovsky was produced from the highest purity of bullion, which is 999 palladium. The coin has a limited mintage of 7,500 pieces and has been finished to proof standard. The Averse of the palladium coin depicts the likeness of Coubertin, Butovsky and the Olympic torch accompanying them.
