This unique piece was designed by Asamat Baltaev, DiS. and produced by the Czech Mint, as well as being official legal tender in Niue. The obverse of the coin is decorated with the likeness of Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain and a flying saucer, the inscription "NIUE ISLAND", "ELIZABETH II" and the coin's denomination and year. The obverse was designed by Ian Rank-Broadley. The Rewers depicts a coloured Pluto in the Solar System. The reverse bears the inscription 'PLUTO.
