The silver coin is struck in pure Ag.999 bullion, weighing 1 troy ounce and measuring 36 x 32.3 mm, in proof standard. The renowned mint manufacturer, New Zealand Mint, is responsible for its production. In addition, each piece is guaranteed by the New Zealand Government and is fully legal tender in the issuing country.The obverse of the silver coin features an image of Queen Elizabeth II, designed by Ian Rank-Broadley, along with information on the face value, year of mintage, weight and purity of the bullion.
