Niue: Disney Pirates of the Caribbean - Flying Dutchman 1 oz Silver 2021 is the second coin in the Disney-licensed Pirates of the Caribbean series. The first coin showcases the Black Pearl pirate ship known from the iconic movie. The Flying Dutchman is the ship on which Pirates of the Caribbean 2 was set. The captain of the ship was Davy Jones.

The series was minted by the New Zealand Mint and includes two bullion coins: a silver coin with a denomination of 2 New Zealand dollars, a weight of 1 troy ounce and a purity of Ag.999, and a gold one with a denomination of 250 New Zealand dollars, a weight of 1 troy ounce and a sample of Au.9999.

Silver coin Niue: Disney Pirates of the Caribbean - Flying Dutchman 1 oz Silver 2021 was minted in an edition of 15,000 pieces.

Obverse the coins are decorated with an image of Queen Elizabeth II wearing a crown. In addition, on the obverse there is information about the nominal value and the year of minting.

Reverse shows the Flying Dutchman ship and the character Davy Jones. The reverse also features "THE FLYING DUTCHMAN", "PIRATES CARIBBEAN" and the Disney logo, as well as information about the weight and purity of the bullion.

The new collection of Niue: Pirates of the Caribbean bullion coins will perfectly complement the other Niue collections, minted at the New Zealand Mint and featuring m.in. characters from such famous films as Godzilla and King Kong.
