This unique piece was designed by Petra Brodská, DiS, and produced by the Czech Mint, as well as being official legal tender in Niue. The coin comes with a guarantee as to the legality, purity of the bullion and the origin of the metal. The product comes in the original box with a certificate of authenticity.

Obverse of the coin is decorated with the likeness of Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain, the inscription "NIUE ISLAND" and the denomination and year of the coin. The designer of the obverse was Ian Rank-Broadley.

Reverse depicts images of: a child wrapped in a shawl, a stork and a raven. The reverse side features an orange crystal and the inscriptions "VÍTEJ NA SVĚTĚ", "HELLO BABY" .
