It was built in 1889 by the Ottoman authorities. It is the newest gate of the main 8 gates in the walls and was placed at the highest point.

The currency is minted from Au gold.9999, weighing 1 troy ounce and 32 mm in diameter. The coin comes with individual, certified packaging. The mintage of the product is 1,800 pieces.
