National Bank of Poland: 5 groszy from Mint Bag, coin from 2025 UNC

The 5-grosz coin is a Polish circulation coin issued by the National Bank of Poland, intended for everyday circulation. The piece is made of brass-plated steel, weighs 2.59 g, and has a diameter of 19.5 mm. A characteristic feature of the coin is an edge alternating between smooth and reeded segments.

The offered pieces are from 2025 and come directly from original mint bags produced by the Mint of Poland. This form of distribution confirms the authenticity of the coins and their origin from the official issue.

The coin’s obverse bears the inscription “RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA” in a semicircle. At the center is the image of the eagle established for the coat of arms of the Republic of Poland, and at the bottom is the year of issue – 2025.

The reverse depicts the coin’s face value, the name of the monetary unit, and a stylized plant ornament in the form of a leaf, characteristic of Polish grosz coins.
