The obverse of the coin features the likeness of Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions 'QUEEN ELIZABETH II' and 'EASTERN CARIBBEAN CENTRAL PARK'. The obverse also shows the weight, purity of the bullion and face value of the coin. The designer of the obverse was Ian Rank-Broadley.
The Rewers shows two sea turtles. The reverse also features the inscription 'MONTSERRAT 2022'.
