The Millennium gold coin was created to honour humanity's entry into the new millennium. This valuable coin was made of 22 carat gold weighing 39.94 grams and additionally features a mirror stamp. The uniqueness of the coin is due to the low mintage of 2,500 pieces and the decorated edge of the coin, which bears the inscription" WHAT'S PAST IS PROLOGUE". The entire set, which was created by the world-famous The Royal Mint, includes the coin, a certificate of authenticity and an exclusive case. The obverse of the coin is decorated with an image of Queen Elizabeth II with the year of minting.The reverse depicts a clock whose dial features the outline of the British Isles and the inscription ANNO DOMINI (Latin for "In the Year of the Lord").
