Leuchtturm – Kavent Safe is a sturdy safe designed for the secure storage of coins, banknotes, documents, and other valuable items. Thanks to its interior dimensions tailored to Leuchtturm collecting accessories, it is an excellent choice for both numismatists and philatelic collectors. Its durable steel construction and the option of permanently fixing it to a wall or floor provide enhanced protection for stored collections.

Steel body and double-bit lock

The body of the safe is made of 2 mm thick steel, while the door is made of 4 mm thick steel plate. The lock is operated with a double-bit key, and security is reinforced by two solid steel locking bolts. The set includes two individually numbered keys, matched exclusively to the installed lock.

Interior designed for collections

The interior of the safe is lined with a soft felt mat that protects stored items from scratches. Thanks to its carefully designed internal dimensions, the safe can accommodate, among other things, 3 GRANDE binders, 13 MB coin cases, 8 VOLTERRA UNO wooden cases, 7 NUMIS binders with protective slipcases, A4 binders, stamp albums, and other collecting accessories.

Dimensions and installation

The safe weighs 13.5 kg. Its exterior measures 430 × 295 × 360 mm and its interior 425 × 290 × 340 mm; the door opening is 355 × 240 mm. Fixing holes in the rear wall and base allow it to be secured to a stable surface with the supplied fittings. The fittings secure the safe to an object; they are not designed to suspend it. Usable depth is 300 mm near the lock and 313 mm beside the hinges with the door open.
