Kiwi 1000 grams Silver 2024 Proof Coin
The coin is minted in pure Ag.999 silver, weighing 1,000 grams and with a diameter of 100 mm, to proof standard by BH Mayer's Kunstprägeanstalt GmbH, commissioned by the New Zealand Post.
Furthermore, the Kiwi 2024 has a limited edition of only 100 pieces. Importantly, each piece is supplied in an exclusive case.
The obverse of the coin is decorated with the likeness of King Charles III. The obverse features information on the date of issue, country of issue, weight and purity of the bullion. The obverse was designed by Stephen J. Fuller
Rewers depicts a kiwi by the shore of Lake Rotoiti. The reverse also bears the inscription 'ROROA GREAT SPOTTED KIWI APTERYX MAXIMA' and the face value of the coin. The designer of the reverse was Stevan Stojanovic.
