In memory of prisoners of Pawiak Warsaw 10 PLN Silver 2024 Gilded Proof
The silver coin in memory of the prisoners of Warsaw's Pawiak, a gilded 10 zł coin, Silver 2024 Proof, is an intriguing numismatic offering presented by the National Bank of Poland.
This specimen is made from Ag.999 fine silver, weighing 14.14 grams, and comes in proof standard, struck with a mirror finish.
What's more, the silver coin is gilded with yellow gold. The piece has a strictly limited mintage of up to 10,000 pieces and is delivered in an exclusive case along with a certificate of authenticity.
Obverse of the silver coin features the gate to the Pawiak Prison Museum and the image of the white eagle from the emblem of the Republic of Poland. The obverse also bears the inscription "RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA" (Republic of Poland), as well as information about the coin's face value and year of minting.
