Discover Poland - Moszna Castle 5 zloty 2022 is a coin which comes from the "Discover Poland" series. Located in Upper Silesia, this castle is an extraordinary residence 30 km from Opole. Built in the 17th century by Prussian families, it became famous for its fairytale architecture - it has as many as 365 rooms and 99 towers and turrets. The village of Moszna was first mentioned as early as in the "Book of Henrykow" dated around 1310.

The coin was struck in 2022: a copper-nickel ring and core and aluminium-nickel bronze with a total weight of 6.54 grams and a diameter of 24 mm. This collector's item has a limited mintage of up to 1,000,000 pieces.

On the obverse there is the inscription "THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND" and 5 ZŁ" in a semicircle. At the bottom of the image of the eagle established as the emblem of the Republic of Poland, there is the date of issue of the coin.

Rewers depict the Moszna Castle. The reverse bears the inscription "CASTLE IN MOSZNA", designed by Paweł Pietras.
