The obverse depicts the port of Monaco and an image of King Charles III. The obverse also features the inscription "CHARLES III", "COOK ISLANDS" and the denomination. The obverse was designed by Daniel Thorne.
Rewers shows the Prince's Palace on the Rock of Monaco and picturesque streets in colour. The reverse also features the inscription "THE ROCK OF MONACO".
