Canada: "Coat of Arms" 50 cents 2026 is an interesting product that features the Canadian coat of arms. The main part of the coat of arms is a shield displaying the British coat of arms with a royal crown on top. Below the shield is a ribbon with the motto "A Mari Usque Ad Mare" (From Sea to Sea), referring to Canada’s vast territory from the Atlantic to the Pacific Ocean.
The coin is struck in nickel steel, weighs 6.9 g, and has a diameter of 27.13 mm. Produced by the Royal Canadian Mint, it carries the Government of Canada’s guarantee of legal tender status, metal purity, and origin. It is a fully legal currency in the country of issue and comes packaged in rolls of 25 coins.
Obverse features the portrait of King Charles III, designed by Steven Rosati.
Reverse displays the Canadian coat of arms and includes information about the denomination and year of issue. The reverse design was created by Cathy Bursey Sabourin.
