The Swan 1oz Gold 2022 Proof High Relief coin is the sixth edition of The Perth Mint’s exclusive collector’s series, renowned for its remarkable high relief and outstanding craftsmanship. The coin is struck from one troy ounce of .9999 fine gold in a proof high relief finish, exquisitely highlighting every detail of the design.

The reverse features a pair of majestic black swans gliding gracefully through a natural wetland setting. The swan, symbolizing love and lifelong partnership, embodies the elegance and beauty of Australian wildlife. The rim of the reverse is inscribed with “THE 1oz 9999 AUSTRALIAN GOLD SWAN” along with the ‘P’ mintmark.

The obverse bears the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II by Jody Clark, together with the year of issue, denomination, and issuing country. The high relief and mirrored background make each detail stand out. The reverse was designed by Jennifer McKenna.
