The 2017 anniversary edition of the famous bullion coin, the Mexican Goddess of Liberty, is distinguished by its unique design.The thirty-fifth edition is a set consisting of a one-ounce silver coin set in a two-ounce silver bar. The Mexican Libertad is a Mexican bullion coin, produced continuously since 1982 at the Casa de Moneda de Mexico - the oldest mint in the Americas. The 2017 set was struck in pure 999 bullion, with a total weight of 3 troy ounces and a limited mintage of 5,000. The entire coin, along with a certificate of authenticity, is housed in a wooden case. The obverse depicts the coat of arms of Mexico, namely an eagle holding a serpent in its beak and surrounded by a wreath. Above this is the inscription "ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS", or "United States of Mexico". The reverse is decorated with the Independence Monument. In 1996 it underwent a change to a more striking one - still illustrated by 'El Angel', but in a new, more modern form. Coins are sold with 23% VAT!!!Do you need help?
