2-Pc Silver Bar & Coin Set (25th anniversary) Kookaburra 2015
The 2015 Kookaburra bullion coin is the anniversary edition of the series of the same name. The twenty-fifth edition is distinguished by the created silver coin set housed in a bar. The 3 troy ounce jubilee set was struck in pure fine silver and the issuer of the iconic series continues to be Australia's oldest mint, Perth Mint. Highlighting the coin's unique design is its limited mintage of 3,500 pieces.The obverse features a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II wearing a crown. There we can also find the weight of the coin and the year of issue. The reverse depicts a Kookaburra - an adult individual sitting on a trunk. Surrounding it is the inscription "The Australian Kookaburra 1 oz. 999 Silver 1990- 2015".The P25 symbol has been added to commemorate 25 years of minting the coin.Note!
