100th Anniversary of the Port of Gdynia coloured 20 zloty Silver 2022 is an interesting numismatic offer presented by the National Bank of Poland. The coin celebrates the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Port of Gdynia. The event took place on 23 September 1922, when the Sejm of the Republic of Poland passed the Act on the construction. It is a specimen that was made of Ag.925 sterling silver, weighing 28.28 grams. The designer of the coin was Dominika Karpińska-Kopiec.

What is more, the silver product has a strictly limited mintage of up to 12,000 minted pieces and the whole coin is delivered in an exclusive case with a certificate of authenticity.The obverse of the silver coin depicts the plan of the Gdynia harbour. The obverse bears the inscription "RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA 2022", as well as information on the coin's face value and the year of issue.

The reverse shows the bust of Tadeusz Wenda, the construction of the then port and the dark blue sea. The reverse bears the inscription "100- LECIE PORTU GDYNIA" and "INŻ.TADEUSZ WENDA".
