The set of 4 Krugerrand 2024 Proof coins is a unique collector's item that consists of 4 unique coins weighing 1/4oz, 1/10oz, 1/20oz, 1/50oz. Each coin included in the set combines the craftsmanship of the Proof (mirror stamp) with the traditional investment image of the springbok antelope. What's more, this unique product comes with a certificate of authenticity and a limited mintage of 100 pieces.

All the coins have been struck in 916 fine gold with a small admixture of copper. Such a copper addition improves scratch resistance and gives a unique colour. The manufacturer of the whole remains the invariably highly regarded South African Rand Refinery mint. In addition, each gold piece included in the set is a fully fledged legal tender, which is guaranteed by the South African government as to the legality, purity of the bullion and the origin of the metal.

The obverse is decorated with a portrait of the President, Paul Kruger, above which are the words "SUID-AFRICA" AND "SOUTH AFRICA". The designer of the obverse was Otto Schultz.

Rewers depicts a springbok antelope, the symbol of South Africa. On both sides of it are numbers representing the year of minting and the weight of the coin. The designer of the reverse was Coert Steynberg.
