Withdrawal from the contract

Letter of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the day on which you took possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us: Metal Market Europe sp. featuring.o, ul. Wiejska 11/1 00-480 Warsaw, of its decision to withdraw from this agreement by a unilateral statement of resignation. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send information concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal from the contract

In the event of cancellation of this contract, we will return to you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery of the item, within a period not exceeding 14 days from the date on which we received information about your cancellation. The payment will be refunded to the account from which you made the payment, unless the parties agree otherwise. However, in any case, you will not incur additional fees associated with this return.

Transfer of belongings

Please return or personally hand over the items to the following address: Metal Market Europe sp. featuring.o., wiejska 11/1 Street 00-480 Warsaw, within no later than 14 days from the day on which we received information about your withdrawal from the contract. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the item.

If you send back a damaged item, you are responsible for the diminished value resulting from misuse. Returns will be considered upon presentation of the sales document.

Upon your request, a withdrawal form may be sent to you at the e-mail address you have provided to us.
