In a set
The 1-grosz coin is a Polish circulation coin issued by the National Bank of Poland and intended for everyday monetary use. The coin is made of brass-plated steel, weighs 1.64 g, and has a diameter of 15.5 mm. A characteristic feature of the coin is its reeded edge, typical for this denomination.
Examples from 2026 are offered in original mint bags of 100 pieces, produced by the Polish Mint. This form of packaging guarantees authenticity and a uniform state of preservation of the coins, without interference from third parties.
The obverse of the coin features the inscription “RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA” in a semicircle. Centrally placed is the image of the eagle established for the coat of arms of the Republic of Poland, while the year of issue – 2026 – appears at the bottom.
The reverse shows the coin’s face value together with the name of the monetary unit, as well as a stylized floral ornament in the form of a leaf, characteristic of Polish grosz coins.
The coins are sold exclusively in mint bags of 100 pieces, without capsules. Once the bag has been opened, the product cannot be returned.
