Montserrat Blue Sea Turtle coloured 1 oz Silver 2022 Proof Coin
The coin was struck in pure Ag.999 bullion, weighing one troy ounce and measuring 39 mm in diameter, in proof standard. The silver coin was produced by the Scottsdale Mint, in a low mintage of only 500 pieces. The product is guaranteed and is legal tender in the territories of the eight countries of the Central Bank of the Eastern Caribbean. The product comes individually wrapped with a numbered certificate of authenticity.
The obverse of the silver coin depicts the likeness of Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions "QUEEN ELIZABETH II" and "EASTERN CARIBBEAN CENTRAL PARK". The obverse also shows the weight, purity of the bullion and face value of the coin. The designer of the obverse was Ian Rank-Broadley. The Rewers depicts two coloured sea turtles. The reverse also features the inscription 'MONTSERRAT 2022'.
