Collector's Edition - Queen Elizabeth II 6 Coin 2022 Set 2023
The coins are minted with an alloy of copper and nickel and bromine and aluminium.The coins have denominations - 2 Dollar, 1 Dollar, 50 Cent, 25 Cent, 10 Cent, 5 Cent. In order of highest face value, the products have weight and diameter: 6.99 g and 28 mm, 6.27 g and 26.5 mm, 6.9 g and 27.13 mm, 4.4 g and 23.88 mm, 1.75 g and 18.03 mm, 3.95 g and 21.2 mm.
The piece comes with individual packaging. This remarkable set was produced by The Royal Canadian Mint, in an edition of 50,000 pieces. The coins are guaranteed by the Government of Canada as to its legality, purity of bullion and origin of metal, and are full legal tender in the issuer's country.
The obverses depict an effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, as designed by Susanna Blunt .
On the reverses the coins depict, in turn, the 'Common Loon' duck, the polar bear, the Canadian coat of arms, the 'Caribou' reindeer, the 'Bluenose' sailing ship, and the beaver. The reverses also feature the denomination.
