250 grammes Lingot d'or Austrian Mint Coulé
"Gold is the most malleable of all metals; one gram of gold can be hammered into a sheet with an area of 1 m². A gold leaf can be hammered to such a degree that it becomes translucent. Common alloys of colored gold, such as rose gold, can be produced by adding varying amounts of copper and silver. Alloys containing palladium and nickel form what is known as “white gold,” which is often used in jewelry. Less common are gold alloys containing additions of manganese, aluminum, iron, iridium, and other elements that give gold more unusual colors, such as blue. Gold is a precious metal with exceptionally high chemical resistance, much higher than copper and silver. Unlike them, it does not tarnish in air. It is also resistant to most corrosive agents, making it ideal for the production of coins, jewelry, and protective coatings for more reactive metals.
Bars are one of many available investment options and are also one of the oldest ways of investing capital. In Arab countries, India, and Singapore, bars with a weight expressed in the traditional unit of 1 tola, standardized as 5/8 troy ounce, are popular. In Arab countries, bars weighing 1 dinar, equal to 1/7 troy ounce, are also common.
All bars sold by us are LBMA certified. "The LBMA sets and monitors compliance with quality and security requirements on the London Bullion Market. Mints that meet these requirements are included in the regularly updated Good Delivery List. Purchasing a bar produced by such a mint ensures that it can be resold anywhere in the world where investment bars are traded. The price obtained will be the highest possible, i.e., higher than the price of bars produced by mints that have not received LBMA accreditation."
