The currency was minted from pure Ag bullion.999, with a weight of one troy ounce and a diameter of 39 mm. The silver coin was produced by the Scottsdale Mint, in a low mintage of only 25,000 pieces. The product is legal tender in the territories of Anguilla and Grenada and is guaranteed by the Central Bank of the Eastern Caribbean.

Obverse the silver coin shows the ECCB (Eastern Caribbean Central Bank) logo and the inscription "EASTERN CARIBBEAN CENTRAL PARK." The obverse also shows the weight, purity of the bullion and face value of the coin.

Reverse depicts two dolphins. The reverse also bears the inscription 'DOMINICA 2023'.
